The Initiative’s first quarterly retail survey of 2026 showed a strong start to the year in the SoHo Broadway, illustrating an 87% occupancy rate for the District’s storefronts. While this figure is a slight decrease from a previous high of 89% in December 2025, it is an increase over our 2025 Q1 survey, where an occupancy rate of 85% was observed. The SoHo Broadway Initiative is excited to welcome these new recent additions to our district!
