Do you own or manage a small business storefront in Manhattan? 

The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce knows running a retail storefront in Manhattan isn’t easy, and no one understands the challenges better than you. That’s why the Manhattan Chamber is inviting you to take a brief, 5-minute survey to share how your business is really doing. 

By speaking up, your feedback can better equip NYC leaders with the information they need to support small businesses.  

The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce regularly collects data anonymously to understand the wellbeing of Manhattan’s retail storefront small businesses. For the purposes of this survey, we define small businesses as those with an annual revenue of less than $5M and 50 employees or less. Insights from this survey will be published bi-annually in December and June.
