Our corridor has a retail occupancy of 89%, breaking last quarter’s record of 87% and the highest occupancy rate recorded since we began tracking this data in 2018. Below are some of the stores that are leading this retail boom:
Calvin Klein
The Initiative welcomes Calvin Klein‘s new flagship store which opened at 530 Broadway on December 9th. The store is a tribute to the brand’s New York origins, and draws inspiration from the lofts and character of the neighborhood. Visitors can find limited-edition tees, sweatshirts, hats, and totes with custom Calvin Klein SoHo graphics.

Paris/64
Paris/64, a high-quality leather goods store, has opened its first US location on SoHo Broadway! The Initiative is excited to welcome Paris/64 to 465 Broadway, where visitors can view fine bags and accessories crafted in Spain.

Hamilton
The Initiative welcomes the Lancaster-based watch brand Hamilton, which has opened a new pop-up store on 437 Broadway. The brand is well-known for providing pieces for hit films, including Indiana Jones, Men In Black, Interstellar, The Avengers, and more. Visitors can now peruse and purchase these high-quality watches in person through the end of January.

Inkless Tattoo Removal
At 26 Mercer St, Inkless has made tattoo removal an art. Customers can benefit from over 25 years of experience at Inkless for professional and affordable care.

Annie’s Ibiza
Annie’s Ibiza is bringing one-of-a-kind playful designs to 110 Mercer St. Shoppers can admire the excellent craftsmanship that centers hand stitching, intricate glass beadwork, and metal embellishments on pieces that are made to be passed down for generations.

The LA-based active wear brand Splits59 has opened a new pop up store at 12 Crosby St! Through the end of January, visitors can peruse their “effortlessly sporty” options to find fun but functional workout wardrobe essentials.

BONJIL
For a limited time, BONJIL is bringing its luxurious Korean skincare and elevated scents to SoHo. Visitors can head to 458 Broadway to experience the sensory room, taste collagen jellies, and test products.

extreme cashmere x
The Initiative is excited to welcome extreme cashmere x‘s first flagship US location at 152 Mercer St! Shoppers can visit and feel the softness of their collection, which is unisize and genderless. Visitors will enjoy how extreme cashmere x has reinterpreted the shopping experience to make the space feel like a luxurious home. Designer and architect Hidde Dijkstra created a living room vibe inspired by 20th century modernism and collectible design where visitors can shop cashmere sweaters, shirts, accessories, and more.


Intimissimi
The Initiative is excited to welcome Intimissimi to their new location 501 Broadway. Shoppers can enjoy the variety of products, from underwear to knitwear to pajamas, in cotton, silk, and their signature ultralight cashmere.
