This is a friendly reminder that there will be no residential garbage collection by the Department of Sanitation on Friday, February 12th and Monday, February 15th, 2021 due to the holidays of Lincoln’s Birthday and Presidents’ Day, respectively.
Please do not place garbage out starting on Thursday, February 11th. The next residential collection is scheduled for Wednesday, February 17th. You can set out your garbage and recycling after 4 p.m. on the evening of Tuesday, February 16th for collection on Wednesday.
The Initiative is here to help, so we’ve created a No DSNY Collection flyer that residents, building supers, or property owners in the area can post in their building lobby/elevator so you and your neighbors can stay on track.
