Winter Weather in the SoHo Broadway District

In spite of the recent unseasonably warm weather in December, winter precipitation in the Northeast is likely to arrive in January, February and March. Residents and businesses should prepare to be safe and patient as streets and transportation will be effected.

As winter weather begins and as conditions allow, the SoHo Broadway Initiative  and its Clean Team members provided by ACE will remove snow and ice from crosswalks, catch basins, bus stops, subway entrances and the areas surrounding fire hydrants.

Property owners and businesses are again reminded that they must also keep their sidewalks clear of snow and ice.  For more information on your responsibilities, please download the Snow Removal Your Responsibilities Guide_11_14_14_Version_II

This is a team effort, so pitch in if you see someone in need of assistance!
