Babacar Sene was born in Senegal and lives in the Bronx.
When did you start working with SoHo Broadway Initiative?
I started to work for SoHo Broadway on July 7, 2024.
Outside of work, what are your interests and activities?
I enjoy playing sports and hiking.
What’s the best part of working here so far?
When I look back after covering dozens of meters on my route and see that the area is clean and the city is even more beautiful than it already was, I feel like I am useful to the community.
Where is your favorite hang-out in the SoHo/Downtown area?
I like to take a walk in Union Square Park.
Originally hailing from Senegal, Babcar lives in the Bronx.

I started working in SoHo on October 6th, 2024.
What’s the best part of working here so far?
I enjoy being useful to my team and getting satisfactory results.
Where is your favorite hang-out in the city?
In my free time, I like to walk around Times Square.
