As part of the Climate Mobilization Act, Local Law 97 is designed to drastically reduce carbon emissions by targeting the city’s biggest polluters: buildings over 25,000 square feet. The NYC2030 group serves as a project facilitator or owner’s rep to implement high-performance retrofits. NYC2030 and their Service Provider Team coordinate with the NYC Accelerator to plan and facilitate your project.
These projects will save energy, money and the climate while helping building owners to achieve compliance with NYC’s building energy laws.
