On April 2, the Department of City Planning submitted 30-day notice for the SoHo/NoHo Neighborhood Plan proposal to local Community Boards; the proposal has since begun public review. Manhattan Community Board 2’s SoHo-NoHo Working Group has held four of six scheduled meetings thus far. Information for the two upcoming meetings are below.
