The Search for An Office-Mate Continues

The SoHo Broadway Initiative seeks a small-sized organization or firm to share an office with. Preference for, but not limited to a not-for-profit that operates in the SoHo community.

Our office at 594 Broadway offers:

• 2-3 private offices
• Shared common space
• Access to a shared conference room for private meetings
• Shared full kitchen
• Space includes central heat and AC

We are located along Broadway between Houston Street and Prince Street. Centrally located and close to transportation options, the area boasts a diversity of organizations and world-class shopping in close quarters.

Potential tenant will share the larger office space with us: the SoHo Broadway Initiative. We are a not-for-profit organization with the mission to make the SoHo Broadway corridor between Houston and Canal Street a thriving place to live, work and visit.

We are looking for an office tenant who is agreeable to an early Winter move-in date.
