Share an office with the SoHo Broadway Initiative

The SoHo Broadway Initiative is seeking a small-sized not for profit organization or firm that operates in the SoHo community to share an office. Our office at 594 Broadway offers:

• 2-3 private offices for our office mate
• Shared full kitchen
• Shared common space
• Shared access to a conference room for private meetings
• Space includes central heat and AC

Located along Broadway between Houston Street and Prince Street, our office is centrally located, close to transportation options, world-class shopping, and other organizations in close quarters.

You will be sharing the larger office space with the SoHo Broadway Initiative, a young not-for-profit organization with the mission to make the Broadway corridor between Houston and Canal Streets a thriving place to live, work and visit.

We are looking for an office mate who is agreeable to a late Fall or early Winter move-in date.
