The SoHo Broadway Initiative is currently holding quarterly Community Roundtables where you can learn about what is going on in the district, resources for businesses and residents, and ask questions.
On October 14th, the Initiative held a Roundtable featuring special guests from City agencies presenting information about two programs for building owners and businesses: NYC Accelerator a City-backed program to help control costs, meet local law compliance, boost building performance, increase energy savings, and reduce carbon emissions across NYC buildings; and NYC Business Quick Start, an interagency effort led by the Department of Small Business Services (SBS) to cut red tape and position NYC as the most business-friendly large city in which to open or reopen a business.
