To help businesses relaunch, the NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) is providing face coverings in partnership with the SoHo Broadway Initiative.
If you are a business interested in face coverings, please complete this form and we will be in touch confirming your batch and pick-up window. Due to high demand, we can only offer pick-up during limited hours, weekly on Friday afternoons. Form must be completed by Noon Thursday for pick-up that week. We are offering 20 masks per employee, up to a limit of 400 per business due to limited supplies.
