There are approximately 250 cast iron buildings in New York City, most of them in SoHo and mostly built from the mid-1800’s through the late 1800’s. 

The Initiative is pleased to announce that our sidewalk cleaning services have been temporarily expanded to include Crosby and Mercer Street. This temporary expansion is made possible through the generous support of Council Member Margaret Chin.

For November there will be power washing on: 11/13, 11/14, 11/26 and 11/27. ACE power-washes each corner and all trash/recycling receptacles on the corners from 7pm until no later than 1am on the above dates.
