Steve Martin is the youngest of 5 siblings and grew up on Staten Island. Steve has been at ACE for 9 years and lives in Queens. An avid sports fan, Steve pulls for the Mets, Knicks, Rangers and Washington Redskins. When asked what his best sports moment was, he immediately turned to Game 6 of the 1986 World Series, where the Mets made up a 2 run deficit to win with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th and force a Game 7. Keep an eye out for Matt Harvey, the Initiative hears he’s a frequent visitor to SoHo.
Steve serves as ACE’s Senior Crew Supervisor and supervises the SoHo Broadway Clean Team.

SBI: When did you start working/volunteering with the SoHo Broadway Initiative?
SM November, 2014.
SBI: Outside of work, what are your interests and activities?
SM I’m really into sports and love to bowl. I’m a big Bernard King fan and am happy to see the Knicks starting to win again.
SBI: What is the best part of the next thing you’re doing?
SM I haven’t had a real vacation for quite some time. I’m working on taking a month long vacation out West with one of my brothers. I’m thinking of starting in Las Vegas, then driving to Yellowstone and some of the other National Parks out west.
SBI: What is your favorite hang-out spot in the SoHo/Downtown area?
SM Liberty Plaza in Lower Manhattan.
SBI: What is your preferred mode of transportation in NYC?
