The NYC Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs (MOIA) has created Know Your Rights booklets in multiple languages to share information – New Yorkers can download the booklets below. This information will cover the following:

• Know Your Rights with ICE: If ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents approach you, you have rights!
• What to do after a friend or family member is detained by ICE/Immigration FAQs
• Sanctuary City Laws in NYC
