Free Compliance Consultations for Businesses

NYC Dept. of Small Business Services is excited to introduce no cost compliance consultations to help new and operating businesses learn how to avoid common violations before fines are issued. Compliance consultations will not result in agency enforcement.

NYC Dept. of Small Business Services team will come directly to a business and help the owner(s):

• Understand key City rules and requirements from agencies such as the Dept. of Health, Dept. of Sanitation, Dept. of Consumer Affairs, and Dept. of Environmental Protection
• Avoid fines and violations
• Coordinate reviews and inspections from City agencies

Advisors will come provide free education about common violations issued from Dept of Health, Consumer Affairs, Sanitation, Environmental Protection, Fire Dept (among others). There will be no enforcement action or fines issued from our Advisors.
