ULURP and SoHo/NoHo Rezoning Review Public Hearing with Manhattan Borough President

Gale A. Brewer, 27th Borough President of Manhattan hold virtual meeting as part of the ULURP review of the SoHo/NoHo rezoning plan

As part of the Borough President’s ULURP review of the SoHo/NoHo rezoning, her office will conduct a virtual public hearing on Monday, 8/23 from 6–8 pm, with an opening panel and then testimony.

The panel will consist of stakeholders, advocates, and experts coming together to discuss the proposed plan. Panelists will raise perspectives on the public realm, commercial development, affordable housing, arts and culture, historic preservation, and tenant protections as they relate to the rezoning and the future of SoHo/NoHo.

Register here for the Zoom; we expect many virtual attendees and will allow two minutes each for testimony (and ask that you please submit in advance to info@manhattanbp.nyc.gov if you have not already done so).
