What is the Mulberry Street Writers’ Workshop?
Join us for a five-week generative poetry workshop here at the Mulberry Street Library. Meeting every Wednesday in April, writers will get to know each other as artists and grow as a group.
How does it work?
Each of the workshop sessions will consist of a discussion of curated readings, sent in advance to all participants, and a generative exercise and feedback session.
Who will be the facilitator?
The facilitator, Charlie Leppert (they/them), is a librarian and writer, mostly a poet, with experience working across genres. Their work is published under a pen name.
What else do I need to know?
Registration is required and closes when the registration and waitlist are full. Attendance is limited to 25 patrons. If you have any questions, please contact charlieleppert@nypl.org.
