Community Board 2 Manhattan Monthly Meeting – FULL BOARD

Written testimony and/or virtual speaker cards can be submitted by email to speakerscard@cb2manhattan.org. Please submit your name, agenda topic, and address. Public speakers will be limited to 2 minutes or less at the discretion of the Chair. We recommend submitting written testimony, which will be summarized at the meeting, to ensure an opportunity for your voice to be recognized.

In-Person Meetings
All CB2 meetings will include an opportunity to attend in person.  Seating at some meetings may be limited – so please be sure to click on the link to request in-person access if you wish to attend in person.

  • Submit written testimony by 5:00 p.m.
  • Register to speak at the Full Board by 5:00 p.m.
  • Register to attend virtually via zoom. We strongly encourage the public to attend virtually. If you want to speak, you must separately register.

Community Board 2 is one of the first community boards to be established in the early 1960’s. There are 12 Community Boards in Manhattan and 59 across New York City.  Boards are charged with representing community interest on crucial issues such as: development and planning, land use, zoning and City service delivery, such as sanitation and street maintenance, as well as coordination with social services and public education facilities.
