Join us for an exciting chef demonstration and wine pairing with Chef & Sommelier, Pablo Ranea. Learn about the famed cuisine and terroir of Argentina as Chef Pablo brings his arsenal or knowledge and experience with Argentinean food & wine back to the ICC NYC campus. Discover the history and unique characteristics of the regions producing great wines & fabulous food. Chef will demonstrate a variety of dishes paired with select Argentinean wines for tasting.
About Chef Pablo Ranea:
From the beginning of his career, Pablo has been at the forefront of food & wine pairing. For 10 years he was the Executive Chef at Azafron and now hosts pop-up dinners showcasing his concept of New Argentine cuisine. When he is not hosting pop-up dinners, he holds presentations and workshops in various locations around the world that talk about the nuances of Argentine gastronomy and wines.
