Bollywood dance comes from Indian cinema and incorporates Indian classical and folk movement, hiphop, belly dancing, Latin dance styles and jazz! Its high energy, uplifting music puts an instant smile on your face and it’s great for beginners too. Bhangra is SUPER fun folk dance from Punjab that includes lots of shoulder movements, hops and jumps and works in a little cardio.

Minila Shah is an established dancer, choreographer and dance educator who is the Founder and Director of Ajna Dance Company. Ajna’s mission is to share artistic and authentic Indian dance and movement through classes, performance and educational programming.
