/16 Transparency. Echoing a NAWA Exhibition in Washington DC, the participants are invited to explore and interpret the theme or being transparent in visual, or social, or philosophical or metaphorical sense.
Upcoming:
/9 Wash. As the rain washes off the winter, we will learn the art of “a wash”, a specific watercolor technique used mostly in landscape and cityscape paining. Please bring you favorite photos of special places – in the city or in the countryside.
/20 Origami Collage. The art ancient of Japanese paper folding will be the foundation of this workshop as we create the elements and then collage them into one composition.
/11 Home. Commemorating Mother’s Day through the memories of one’s home, or place that feels like home. Please bring the personal photo materials and souvenirs to be included in the artwork.
/15 Dancing. June is for dancing of the spirits – the beginning of summer, breezy air and a sense of adventure. We will interpret the dancing theme visually through gesture, movement and flow.
