Public Workshop #2: Living in the Mix – SoHo Community

Workshop #2 will focus on living in the neighborhood, challenges of renting/owning, future of housing & live/work

1. March 20 Attendees will work together to: Share experiences of living (renting & owning) in SoHo and NoHo
2. Discuss the Team’s presentation on SoHo/NoHo’s residential and live/work landscape
3. Consider opportunities for housing affordability and live/work
4. Identify goals for housing and live/work

Format of March 20 thematic workshop. 6-8:15 PM:

• 6 — 6:15 PM: Meet the SoHo/NoHo Team and your neighbors
• 6:15 — 6:40 PM: Presentation by SoHo/NoHo Team
• 6:40 — 7:40 PM: Facilitated Group Discussion
• 7:40 — 8:15 PM: Report back and Q&A.
