Panelists include:

Alëna Sandimirova, Founder and CEO of Automic Gold. They are an LBTQ refugee. Their illegal status and inability to secure employment forced them to think outside of the box and start their own business. In 2019 they are proud to employ 12 full-time employees and run a successful 3-million-a-year business.

Alexandra Beth, Owner and Operator of Alexandra Beth Designs. As a designer and entrepreneur, Alexandra understands the value of self-expression. She designs and brings to market a custom collection that features ultra-soft materials, finished metals and natural gemstones of soft colors and brilliant hues. Based in Brooklyn, New York, Alexandra has earned an international following with features in fashion media around the world.

Renée L. Harris, Founder of I.E. Spa Indulgences. I.E. Spa Indulgences was born out of a personal awareness of the importance of using natural products and helping people reduce stress and take time to pamper themselves without time or finances being an impediment. Ms. Harris has always been passionate about helping people, mentoring the youth, and serving the community. Following a year of intense research, concept development, planning, perfecting recipes, and testing the business was created as a way to provide a luxurious at-home spa experience for busy women and men. Since 2015, it has been a labor of love for Renée with a minimum of $1 per purchase donated to causes that support Breast Cancer, Diabetes, Hypertension, Kidney Disease, women’s causes, and youth programs. These are areas that have touched her life.

Juan Carlos Anglero, Founder of Anglero New York, a clothing brand specializing in premium hoodies. Prior to working full time under his name, he has worked for major fashion companies including: Dior, Dolce & Gabban, John Varvatos , Barneys, etc.
