The SoHo Broadway Initiative is passionate about improving the SoHo Broadway corridor. Whether it’s making sure the sidewalks are clean, working to reduce sidewalk congestion, or bringing temporary public art to Broadway, the Initiative is helping make the SoHo Broadway corridor better for those who use it every day.
At the upcoming Annual Meeting being held on June 20, the membership will elect board members to fill vacant board seats. The current Board of Directors is composed as follows:
We expect there to be vacancies in the Class A1 (Commercial Property Owner) and Class C (Residential Tenant), though anyone interested in being considered is encouraged to apply. The Board of Directors meets quarterly and has several active committees including the Program Services, Outreach and Communications, Finance, Audit and Nominating Committees.
To be considered as a possible candidate, please complete the Board Member Expression of Interest Form no later than May 23rd, 2017. The Nominating Committee will review the submissions and recommend a slate of candidates for election by the membership at the upcoming Annual Meeting being held on June 20.
