The SoHo Broadway Initiative is passionate about improving the SoHo Broadway corridor. Whether it’s making sure the sidewalks are clean, working to reduce sidewalk congestion, or hosting community events, the Initiative is helping make the SoHo Broadway corridor better for those who use it every day.
At the upcoming Annual Meeting, the membership will elect board members to fill vacant board seats. The current Board of Directors is composed as follows:
The Board of Directors meets quarterly and has several active committees including the Program Services, Outreach and Communications, Finance, Audit and Nominating Committees.
To be considered as a possible candidate, please complete the Board Member Expression of Interest Form no later than May 5th, 2020. The Nominating Committee will review the submissions and recommend a slate of candidates for election by the membership at the upcoming Annual Meeting being held on June 16, 2020.
