Sidewalk Cleaning Services on Mercer and Crosby Streets Extended

SoHo Broadway Initiative: Service continues thanks to support of Council Member Margaret Chin

The Initiative is pleased to announce that our temporarily expanded sidewalk cleaning services that include Crosby Street and Mercer Street have been extended for another year. This temporary expansion is made possible through the continued generous support of Council Member Margaret Chin.

The services include a daily sweeping up of litter on the sidewalks on Crosby Street (from Houston to Howard) and Mercer Street (from Houston to Canal); and emptying of trash receptacles along Crosby/Mercer multiple times per day.  The service is being provided 7 days per week, running through the end of June 2021.
