Architectural Preservation Studio is a women-owned design firm that specializes in architecture, historic preservation, and exterior envelope consulting. They design and oversee the repair of facades to make sure that all components are sound and that buildings remain watertight. They are experts at waterproofing and exterior repairs.
Architectural Preservation Studio is headquartered here in NYC, but has satellite offices in New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. Some of their recent projects include the restoration of the Great Houses in Newport, Rhode Island and the National Historic Landmark Hinchliffe Stadium in Patterson, NJ.
Before locating in SoHo, Architectural Preservation Studio was just up the street in NoHo. After branching off from Wank Adams Slavin Associates in 2015, they have been in pursuit of a new office space. Having been in NoHo for about 30 years they wanted to stay with the same landlord, Gural Family Holdings. When they heard there was a space available at 594 Broadway they were excited by the opportunity to move their office to SoHo, but not so excited about the packing that would ensue.
Architectural Preservation Studio’s boutique firm provides hands on attention to their clients, giving each one a unique experience and final product. Architectural Preservation Studio is lead by their President, Pamela Jerome.
Welcome to SoHo Broadway!
