Community Board 2 Manhattan: The public session begins at 6:30 pm. Speakers cards will be accepted from 6:00 to 6:30 pm. Individuals who cannot attend are invited to submit written testimony in advance to the board office. Written testimony will be placed into the record. See CB2 Calendar and Agenda and find location of all monthly meetings.

Community Board 2, Manhattan, encompass the neighborhoods of Greenwich Village, SoHo, NoHo, Little Italy, Chinatown, Hudson Square and the Gansevoort Market. Its physical boundaries are the south side of 14^th Street, the north side of Canal Street, the Hudson River and the west side of the Bowery/4^th Avenue.  The district covers three city council district and four police precincts.  Community Board #2 encompasses one of the largest landmark districts in New York City.
