Have you ever wondered how to recycle your old TV or printer? You don’t have to wonder anymore. On January 6th and 8th the SoHo Broadway Initiative and the Lower East Side Ecology Center are partnering to bring an e-waste (electronic waste) recycling event to SoHo’s Broadway. By recycling you can help reduce the amount of toxic chemicals in our landfills, water, and air. Let’s begin 2017 sustain-ably!
Where:
449 Broadway (between Grand and Howard Street), Ground Floor.
When:
Weekday Drop Off: Friday January 6th, 10am – 2pm
Weekend Drop Off: Sunday January 8th, 10am – 2pm
What you CAN recycle (working and non-working):
Due to limited capacity, we are limiting individuals, not for profits and small businesses to 7 full size items or 7 medium size boxes (we’ll make exceptions if you are nice to us!). For more information, please visit the Lower East Side Ecology Center E-Waste webpage or contact the SoHo Broadway Initiative at 212-390-1131.
Thank you to Casey Martinez and United American Land for supporting this event.
