On December 11th, 2025, the SoHo Broadway Initiative hosted our annual Holiday Lunch for the SoHo Broadway Clean Team. We are so grateful we can spend time together and commemorate the great work of our Clean Team.
Each December, the Initiative takes time to thank our Clean Team (provided through Streetplus) for their tireless efforts in making SoHo Broadway look its best each and every day. SoHo Broadway Initiative staff and Directors were joined by Streetplus staff to recognize the Clean Team’s amazing work over a delicious lunch catered by district business Mangia.
This year’s event would not have been possible without the generous support of the businesses and community members who helped our efforts to thank the Clean Team. We like to recognize the residents of 476 Broadway, 543 Broadway and 16 Crosby Street; companies Crale Realty, GFP Real Estate, Lord Shivas Properties, Pasquale Management, and Uniqlo; and individual donors Patrick Eidinger, Sharon Ermilio, and Margaret Baisley for donating holiday gifts for the Clean Team, which were greatly appreciated! As always, thank you to Streetplus for their continued partnership and all who made this celebration possible.
