Members of the SoHo Broadway community are invited to attend our 1st Annual Meeting on Wednesday, June 24th from 7pm to 9pm at Scholastic, 557 Broadway between Prince and Spring.
Please join the SoHo Broadway BID as we bring together residents, business leaders, employees and other key stakeholders from the SoHo Broadway community to celebrate the end of our 1st year! This is our very 1st Annual meeting, come learn about this past year’s achievements, upcoming projects, elect board members and learn more about the vibrant SoHo Broadway community.
Our Guest Speaker on this evening will be *John Barton, Chief Operating Officer of Dean & DeLuca.

If you would like to vote at the Annual Meeting to select members of the board, you need to be registered member. * John Barton has been a part of DEAN & DELUCA for nearly 10 years. Until January of 2015, he was working on the International side of the business, originally in the Middle East, where he opened 4 Units across, Kuwait, Qatar and Dubai, and for the last five years in Thailand, where he opened another 4 Units. He was part of Pace Development Company, the Thai based company who subsequently acquired the brand in November 2014. Since January of 2015, John has been based in the US, and is now the Chief Operating Officer of DEAN & DELUCA.
Prior to his career with DEAN & DELUCA, John worked for both Marks & Spencer and Tesco’s in the UK and Europe, with stints as Field Leadership and also in both respective Corporate Offices.
